Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing parts ordering for customers and maintaining accurate inventory levels and controls.
  • Review orders in full for completeness, follow up with clients when required.
  • General understanding of our order entry procedures as well as our shipping and delivery policies/schedules. Supporting sales regarding shipments as per needed.
  • Administration of shipments and support sales regarding shipments, and orders (courier, sample orders, etc.) from the finance office.
  • Actively participate and engage in ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
  • Registering warranties and ensure customer is clear on warranty coverages.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the proper warranty work is completed with following up with technicians, supplier, and customer.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical information
  • Communicate directly with clients and suppliers and encourage trusting relationships.
  • General office duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Be energetic and selfmotivated to work independently, while being part of a winning team
  • Detailoriented to ensure accurate order entry
  • The ability to adapt to changing tasks & priorities while staying calm and collected

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Automotive or Machinery customer service environment
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour
