This position is responsible for a variety of customer service tasks, including assisting with inventory control.

As this is a multifaceted position, you will have the opportunity to work with a small team and help to support both internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Daily OEM Emergency orders;
  • Receiving Emergency Orders;
  • Tracking Emergency Orders;
  • Submitting Shortages, Damage, Returns documentation to OEM (SDR Process);
  • Reconciling SDR credits;
  • Managing Core Returns;
  • Reconciliating of Core Return Credits;
  • Facilitating Obsolete Parts Markdown and help manage the process;
  • Invoicing/credits review;
  • Assisting Inventory & Inventory Prep
  • Be available and participate in yearly inventory;
  • Freight Allocation;
  • Parts Warranty Claim Management;
  • Parts Setup/Creation;
  • Backorder Management;
  • Milestone Entry in Softbase;
  • Cycle Count;
  • Reception Duties and General Support;
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Positive and professional communication with customers and teammates;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills;
  • Superb customer service skills;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Selfmotivated, organized and able to multi task;
  • Able to learn and utilize operating data base.
  • 24 years' experience in an administrative capacity;
  • High School Diploma;
  • Or a combination of education and experience.

Compensation Package:

  • Wage $20$23/hr based on experience and qualifications.
  • 3 weeks of vacation.

Working Conditions:


The Administrator is based out of the
Abbotsford office and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday.
