Are you an experienced Real Estate administrator with exceptional Real Estate skills? If so, then we want to hear from you This extremely busy Central Toronto brokerage is looking for a motivated team player to join our outstanding support staff team.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for agents to show properties to potential buyers or renters.
  • Broker Load input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions) enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
  • Offers prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms and document
  • Typing requests including drafting letters and other documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education, with a preference for collegelevel courses/diploma
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Real Estate office administration.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience using BrokerBay, Webforms and Authentisign
  • Must be familiar with OREA forms and navigating Stratus
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
  • Able to multitask and problem solve
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and have a flexible schedule
  • RECO/ TREB rules
  • Wage based on experience

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours:
