We have a talented team of designers, developers, strategists, art directors, writers, account managers, project managers, digital marketers and production people.

Our client roster spans a broad range of product categories. Most are Canadian, some are North American, and a handful are Global. Some use us for B2B, some B2C and others, both. Most have been with us for 7-20 years, others we've targeted and acquired over the past 2-3 years.

Our top clients include IKO, Hudson's Bay, Nike, KPMG, Arterra Wines, Christian Dior, Humber River Hospital & Foundation, Wajax, Dyson and Canada Goose.

Our recent growth has us looking for a passionate, collaborative and resourceful Account Manager.

A few details:


Our office is located at 14 Birch Avenue, in the Summerhill area of downtown Toronto, but we've all been working from home/remotely for the past few years due to the pandemic.

While it's safe to return to the office, know that we have a Flexible Work Options Policy that sees our employees benefit from a desirable balance between primarily working from home with some required/available time in the office.

This position is full-time and we're looking to fill it (with someone great), as soon as possible.

Job description:

The Account Manager will report directly to the Account Director.

He or she will be joining a small account management team that thrives on delivering results and a group that strives to deliver best in class client service.


The role is essential in building strong client relationships, thinking strategically, growing business and ensuring projects / campaigns are delivered with the utmost quality - on time and on budget.

Initially, the Account Manager will be introduced to / work on several key agency accounts including:

Arterra Wines, DECIEM, KPMG, and Humber River Hospital / Foundation, along with a few other smaller scale projects that arise on additional clients, throughout the year.

The individual we're seeking will need to be driven, detail-oriented and be passionate about building brands.

In the future, we anticipate that this position will also involve managing a direct report (an Intern or Account Coordinator).


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop creative briefs [with input from Account Director / Director of Strategy where necessary].
  • Develop and grow meaningful relationships with clients by demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and care for the success of their work.
  • Accurately manage budgets and resources on a jobtojob basis.
  • Ensure all client work is executed flawlessly and materials are reviewed/approved prior to delivery.
  • Provide informed point of views / recommendations on assigned client projects and on the business in general.
  • Actively participate in creative development and collaborate effectively with creative teams to ensure the best possible creative gets developed and sold.
  • Be proactive with client's business, anticipating needs and ensuring resources are in place to manage all requests / needs.
  • Ensure client service documents [i.e., contact reports, meeting agendas and status report documents] are produced and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Proactively stay on top of the competitive landscape (by key client) and provide regular updates to Account Director, creative teams and senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Provide input into employee reviews as requested

Ideal qualifications:

years previous experience working in an advertising agency with a solid foundation in digital and traditional advertising.

  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Commerce
  • Understanding of the key roles and responsibilities of Account Management within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability managing print production, video development, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Extremely organized and detail orientated, with proven expertise in juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional agency peers
  • Demonstrated passion and interest in advertising/marketing communications
  • Confidence in your own point of view, and a willingness to push for great ideas

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Experience developing project estimates and forecasting production costs
  • Experience working collaboratively on strategic projects, developing brand positionings and brand identities
  • Familiarity with website
