Hours:
Full time hours per week) The Wellness Administrative Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless operations of our corporate wellness programs behind the scenes.

As the cornerstone of our operations, you will play a critical role in setting our team up for success and cultivating an exceptional virtual experience for our clients.

We are in search of an Wellness Administrative Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and genuine authenticity in their daily approach.

Main Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing (pre or post) calendars, meetings both on G Suite and on 9toThrive's Wellness platform.
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues and not be afraid to reach out to external parties for assistance.
Organize and ensure Project Management system is up to date and moving forward meeting required deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service to our internal team, and out facing clients.
Administrative support and organization of team meetings and events.

Attending meetings to take detailed notes and ensure clear next steps are established and follow up on action items as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience. Curiosity and eagerness to use and learn technology and advancements.
Minimum intermedial level of, G Suite, MS Office as well as other virtual communication platforms and tools. Experience with Click Up or other project management systems is an asset. Creative with the ability to measure results and meet deadlines.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, proactively bringing solutions to the table.
Coachable with the ability to adapt and evolve quickly to organizational changes. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation:

Pay:
