MAV Beauty, holding company for **Marc Anthony True Professional**, **Cake Beauty**, **Renpure**, and **The Mane Choice**, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Sales Manager- US Mass & Drug to join the team. This role involves developing and executing a retail sales plan for a variety of retail & distributor partners, aiming to drive sales and profit growth for existing and new business. It's a hybrid position, allowing you to work both from home and the corporate office in Vaughan, Ontario, with 15% travel expected for collaboration and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture solid relationships with brokers, buyers, and distributor partners.
  • Collaborate on Joint Business Planning to create and implement strategies that boost brand profitability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
  • Manage P&L and trade fund activities, including tracking, analyzing trade spend, and deduction processes.
  • Monitor account budgets, sales trends, and set growth targets for profitability.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to drive revenue in line with internal goals.
  • Analyze post-promotional data and offer recommendations for future planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order management, demand planning, finance, and marketing to achieve brand objectives.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain accounts with strong organizational skills.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, or Category Management.
  • Desired experience in the CPG industry.
  • Ability for strategic thinking to develop sales strategies and execute distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising goals.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and create contingency plans.
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategies for growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of processes.
  • Deep understanding of retailer/supplier relationships and processes.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems and advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of A.C. Nielsen/ IRI to interpret market and retailer POS data.
