Position Summary:
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop short
- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans.

  • Develop strategic relationships with customers/buyers to drive "winwin" partnerships. Maximize relationships with key retail and wholesale partners and build relationships with all key stakeholders at the account level.
  • Integrate and align sales strategies with team members.
  • Develop and implement quarterly and/or annual sales plans and programs for all assigned sales accounts.
  • Represent the organization in all major line reviews.
Manage the activities and performance of all assigned sales units, and team members.

  • Manage and report on sales performance against corporate objectives and external market.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities for existing and new customers.
  • Create product segmentation strategies, and business development opportunities across various sales channels.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture new business opportunities to accomplish profit and volume goals.
  • Conduct sales forecasts and weekly and/or monthly status reports.
  • Held responsible for the preparation and management of the sales budget and forecast.
  • Responsible for monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis and report on findings and recommendations.
  • Lead, manage and communicate all customer programs internally and externally.
  • Ensure all forecasting is accurate to meet customer fillrates and instock requirements.
  • Knowledge of customers business model, as well the overall marketplace to deliver effective sales plan that exceed budget.
  • Ensures ontime delivery of all customer plans/events by leading crossfunctional teams in a timely and costeffective manner to meet customer expectations.
Leadership Responsibilities

This position operates in a matrix organizational model.

Holds responsibility for setting the day-to-day priorities and deliverables in the U.S though the support of 2 staff - 1 Account Manager & 1 sales support.

Education and/or Experience

  • University degree in business/marketing and a min of 10 years related work experience
  • Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
  • Excellent Relationship building skills.
  • Advanced presentation and public speaking skills
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct sales forces, both retail and wholesale.
Technical Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of excel, MRP, Sales and presentation software

Other Qualifications

Must have no restrictions to travel between borders and globally
