The Global Business Solutions team is on a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy, paving the path for our partners to grow their brands and investment on TikTok.

This team provides integrated digital marketing solutions for brands and advertisers across the globe.

We are a dynamic and high-growth team that uses a consultative sales approach to help our clients think differently about their marketing strategies.


About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Own and be accountable for the Automotive vertical develops narratives and solutions to attain quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals
  • Play the lead role in developing the holistic business (Performance and Brand) by owning vertical workstreams and/or strategic pillars of success, scale the insights throughout the vertical
  • Build, train and maintain a high performing team, acting as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching through short term sales strategies
  • Work crossfunctionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for TikTok, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
  • Communicates strategic information and context from the company and organization to the team, manager, and partners to be successful
  • Assigns projects aligned with team strengths, skills and motivations, and adjusts management style to match the needs of the individual
  • Builds a culture where differences are appreciated and everyone feels valued and builds internal community, drives inclusion
  • Identifies skills needed for the role, interviews, hires, and onboards new employees to the team
  • Helps people build and sustain productive relationships, ensures the team is healthy and begins to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with manager

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with broadcast/digital media sales or marketing
  • 5 or more years of experience managing or mentoring within a sales org
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Storyteller with experience crafting GTM plans with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
  • Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
  • Has a passion for TikTok combined with knowledge of the media technology landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets
