Area Sales Manager

This dynamic role will provide excellent customer service and be a valuable contributor to sales results. You will play an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships to support business development opportunities.

What will you do?

Manage all sales and customer relations within the assigned residential housing subdivision or project.
Identify sales opportunities and generate new leads.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through setting, meeting, and exceeding expectations.
Responsible for documenting and reporting traffic counts, prospects and follow up, as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Manage customer sales process up to completion of possession.
Write up purchase agreements as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships to support business development opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners such as Realtors, Mortgage Professionals and Relocation Experts.
Maintain work schedule as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Update, maintain, and mine the customer database through our CRM tool.
Detailed knowledge of key competitors both within the communities we operate and their surrounding areas.
Attendance at all sales meetings, company events, dinners and corporate retreat.
Provide the Sales Consultant with up-to-date product information and price list.
Maintenance of show home, sales center or sales trailer.

What do we look for?

A minimum of three years of experience in new home sales.
In-depth knowledge of the Alberta real estate market.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting that is geared towards continued growth.
Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent customer service and relation management skills.
Ability to maintain and promote a positive image of Rohit Communities by providing an outstanding personalized customer experience.
Ambitious and results oriented with a professional demeanor.
Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management.
Post-secondary education in Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field is considered an asset but not required.
Strong computing, problem solving and communication skills.
Desire to learn and contribute at the highest levels.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Collaborative and team focused.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends - the prime selling hours.
Ability to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Experience with MS Outlook.
