We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Dow Chemical in Vancouver, British Columbia.

As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a strong work ethic, independence, and dedication.

Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive followup and relationshipbuilding
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • Disability insurance
  • Paid overtime
