Résumé du poste / Position Summary
- Travailler directement avec les utilisateurs finaux en personne, par téléphone, via le système de tickets et par courriel pour résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels sur les appareils de ces derniers
- Fournir une assistance sur site en matière de matériel, notamment pour les ordinateurs de bureau, les ordinateurs portables, les imprimantes et les téléphones
- Surveiller et mettre à jour les tickets, consigner les activités quotidiennes et documenter les solutions
- Résoudre les problèmes liés à Windows 10, 11 et à Office 365
- Faire l'imagerie des ordinateurs portables et des PC de bureau
- Assister les utilisateurs finaux à l'aide d'outils d'assistance à distance
- Interagir avec d'autres groupes de techniciens pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes
- Effectuer les ajouts, modifications, suppressions et réinitialisations de mots de passe des utilisateurs finaux dans Active Directory
- Assister les utilisateurs finaux sur leurs appareils mobiles intelligents, à savoir : Apple iPad, Apple iPhones, Android, Tablettes
- Provide on-site support for hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
- Monitor and update tickets, log daily activities, and document solutions
- Troubleshoot Windows 10, 11 and Office 365 issues
- Imaging of Laptops and Desktop PC's
- Support end users using remote support tools
- Interact with other resolver groups to diagnose and resolve problems
- Perform end users adds, changes, deletions and password resets in Active Directory
- Support end user mobile smart devices i.e.: Apple iPad, Apple iPhones, Android, Tablets

Conditions mínimales requises:

- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans l'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux (Deskside)
- Diplôme d'associé ou d'école technique ou expérience militaire équivalente souhaitée
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Expérience en matière d'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux à l'aide d'outils de gestion à distance
- Capacité à assister les utilisateurs finaux sur les appareils mobiles intelligents (iPhone, iPad, tablettes, Android)
- Capacité à diagnostiquer, dépanner et résoudre les problèmes de connexion au réseau auxquels sont confrontés les utilisateurs finaux
- Excellentes capacités en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante en hiérarchisant les objectifs opérationnels quotidiens pour le soutien

Minimum Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience providing Deskside support to end users
- Associates Degree / Technical School graduate or equivalent Military experience considered
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing end user support utilizing remote management tools
- Ability to support end user mobile smart devices (iPhone, iPad, Tablets, Andriod)
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve end user network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently prioritizing daily operational objectives for support
