As the primary point of contact for Small and Medium Business (SMB) inbound inquiries nationwide, you'll nurture leads throughout the entire sales process.
Your expertise will also be pivotal in crafting effective sales strategies and territory plans to drive success.Responsibilities:
- Handle all Small and Medium Business inbound inquiries nationwide.
- Understand and analyze customer current and future needs and customize solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Provide support and training to junior sales representatives.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and territory plans.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to address inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 4 years of B2B sales experience with a strong background in eCommerce sales preferred.
- Knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product information.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior sales representatives is a plus.
