**Responsibilities**:

- Update schedules of all changes and notify appropriate teams and communicate to the HRS department.
- Manage Google visual calendars for all regions and travel calendars.
- Enter part-time hours into an Excel template and send to payroll department following verification of schedules.
- Manage the visual budget by providing a detailed breakdown based on orders,
- Team travel expenses and digitization of invoices and province
- Manage expense accounts for team including their monthly mileage and phone allowances
- Keep visual documents up to date (visual contact details / structure / etc.)
- Order and distribute signage and campaigns including seasonal brand name
- Handle the logistics of shipping printed material with suppliers, ship replacement items & new inventory
- Manage and organize visual supplies inventory for all of our stores
- Assist in ordering visual material for upcoming store openings as needed and Coordinate visual supplies needed based on inventory
- Assist with all events
- Assist in creative research for upcoming windows, events and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English)
- Organization, efficiency, multitasking and detail oriented
- Must be discreet, reliable, and highly disciplined
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) visuel(le) pour rejoindre l'équipe visuelle à temps plein. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien administratif complet aux Directeur Visuels et à l'équipe ainsi qu'une assistance pour les tâches de base dans le cadre des normes et instructions visuelles de Browns Shoes. Vous devez faire preuve de créativité, de fiabilité et d'une solide éthique de travail.

Responsabilités:

- Mettre à jour les calendriers en fonction de tous les changements, en informer les équipes concernées et les communiquer au département soutien au détail
- Gérer les calendriers visuels Google pour toutes les régions et les calendriers de voyage
- Saisir les heures de travail à temps partiel dans un modèle Excel et les envoyer au département de la paie par suite de la vérification des horaires
- Gérer le budget visuel en fournissant une description détaillée basée sur les commandes
- Gérer les frais de voyage de l'équipe et numériser les factures et la province
- Gérer les comptes de dépenses de l'équipe, y compris les indemnités mensuelles de kilométrage et de téléphone
- Maintenir les documents visuels à jour (coordonnées visuelles / structure / etc.)
- Commander et distribuer l'affichage et les campagnes, y compris les marques saisonnières
- Gérer la logistique de l'expédition du matériel imprimé avec les fournisseurs, expédier les articles de remplacement et les nouveaux stocks
- Gérer et organiser l'inventaire des produits visuels pour l'ensemble de nos magasins
- Aider à commander le matériel visuel pour les ouvertures de magasins à venir, si nécessaire, et coordonner les fournitures visuelles nécessaires en fonction de l'inventaire
- Aider à l'organisation de tous les événements
- Participer à la recherche créative pour les vitrines, les événements et les promotions à venir
