**THE ROLE**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases by using creative visual techniques.
- Ensure that mannequins, displays and windows are alternated through the seasons and the events of the retail calendar.
- Analyze Oracle figures to assist you in product placement and floor layout.
- Communicate and provide feedback to Town Merchandiser on visual merchandising activity in-store.
- Set up and monitor in-store promotions.
- Provide training and assist with team development on merchandising and displays.
- Ensure weekly development practices to grow current associates to fill future roles.
- Promote a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance in line with company procedures.
- Conducting your work in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
- To work in a highly professional manner, leading by example at all times.

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:

- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of visual merchandising experience.
- Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for coordinating product flow.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Le rôle**:
**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Attirer, engager et motiver les clients à faire des achats en utilisant des techniques visuelles créatives.
- Veiller à ce que les mannequins, les présentoirs et les vitrines alternent au fil des saisons et des événements du calendrier de vente au détail.
- Analyser les chiffres d'Oracle pour vous aider dans le placement des produits et la disposition des étages.
- Communiquer et fournir un retour au "Town Merchandiser" sur l'activité de marchandisage visuel en boutique.
- Mettre en place et suivre les promotions en boutique.
- Assurer la formation et aider au développement de l'équipe en matière de marchandisage et d'étalage.
- Assurer des pratiques de développement hebdomadaire afin de former les associés actuels pour qu'ils puissent occuper des postes futurs.
- Promouvoir un niveau élevé d'hygiène, de propreté et d'entretien conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer votre travail d'une manière sécuritaire et responsable à tout moment.
- Travailler de manière très professionnelle, en montrant l'exemple à tout moment.

**Compétences/Expérience/Connaissances requises**:

- Minimum de 6 mois à 1 an d'expérience en merchandising visuel.
- Être créatif, imaginatif et avoir un flair pour coordonner le flux de produits.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
- Attention particulière aux détails.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite.
- Être prêt à avoir un horaire flexible.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
