Amazon is seeking a skilled Account Manager to onboard sellers in specific product categories and enhance the shopping experience for European customers.

The Account Manager will recruit and onboard online sellers onto Amazon's platform and support them in expanding their businesses through collaboration.

Responsibilities include driving business growth, maximizing revenue within assigned product categories, analyzing sales data to optimize seller performance, and identifying new seller prospects locally and internationally.

The Account Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to improve services and work closely with Retail Category Managers to strategize long-term growth.

Cultivating strong partnerships with sellers, aiding in their product integration, and setting ambitious growth targets will also be key responsibilities.


  • Identify ways to enhance the Marketplace for all sellers through scalable solutions
  • Analyze seller performance to drive growth initiatives
  • Lead projects to enhance customer and seller experience in collaboration with internal and external teams


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or sales
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Proactive and customer-oriented
