Reliance Home Comfort's Leadership Development Program is designed to build future people leaders and will provide you with the unique opportunity to work on assignments aligned to business priorities and your career goals. Since 2013, the Leadership Development Program has been one of the most important ways for us to grow future leaders for our business. This elite 3-year program consists of six 6-month rotations where you will be alongside other graduates, collaborating with leaders on complex assignments while developing your skills through formal and on-the-job training to accelerate your career advancement.


What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Build a career that aligns with your skills, leadership qualities and development goals – Find your Limitless
  • One-to-one mentoring and coaching with Senior Business Leaders for the duration of the program
  • Customized assignments in functions such as sales, operations, marketing, supply chain, ESG, projects, and business development
  • Opportunity to lead a team in a branch rotation
  • Develop your skills and gain valuable experience to become a successful people leader
  • Exposure to the Senior Executive team
  • Collaborate with high-performing teams and lead special projects at a fast-paced organization
  • Opportunity to participate in rotations throughout Canada (relocation expenses paid)
  • Promotion into a management position upon graduation of the program
