1-2 days including Fridays.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures.
  • Take dental Xrays.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
  • Ensure a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a dental assistant in Canada is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
  • Xray certification required.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Knowledge of dental software and technology is a plus
