Responsibilities include:
Be the expert in the design, implementation and management of the new digital platform from the definition and implementation of the Salesforce instance to all integration points.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and productsWork with cross-functional teams and external teams to ensure technical solutions that align with the technology enterprise vision.
Determine best approach for coding implementations and work with team to develop.Apply common Salesforce principles of good code development, including extensibility, reusability, maintainability, and code coverage (industry best practices).Lead code reviews and provide valuable feedback in peer reviews on code and design deliverables (peer code review).Work with product owners and business analysts to analyze technical requirements for new features/capabilities within Salesforce.
Design, develop and configure customized solutions.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and internal as well as external APIs and interfacesQualifications and Experience required:10+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry with strong knowledge of cloud architectures, various technology domains, application development practices and 5+ years Salesforce platform experience of building solutions on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
Proven hands-on experience in the following technologies: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft API management, Marketing Cloud, Amazon Connect, Authentication Management, RESTful Web API, JSON, XML SOAP, and related technologies.
Experience with Salesforce sandboxes, integrations and application development.Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practice within Salesforce environment.
Relational database experience with data modeling, reporting, query optimization, indexing in SQL Server (or Postgres, MySQL), and related technologies.
Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving and a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high quality software that balance technical and business goals.
Expert knowledge of solution delivery and software development practices, application release and deployment, and automated testing, including source code control, build / package, environment configuration and monitoring.
Ability to effectively identify emerging technologies, trends, standards and products that have a strong potential for use within the organization.
Expertise solutioning in Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms utilizing modern serverless approach is an asset.We are an equal opportunity employer.
