Job Title: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a focus on transformations and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, including data modeling, integration, Platform security, Identity and Access Management / Integration Security, Architectural Design Patterns, Apex Design Patterns.
  • Drive transformation initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementation and consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud transformation projects.
  • Additional expertise in one or multiples of → Health Cloud, Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and data processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
