As an Area Sales Manager, you'll drive sales growth of AODA-compliant products across Ontario. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is dedicated to safety, accessibility, and customer satisfaction with a strong sales background and a focus on meeting unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Pursue new business opportunities, focusing on organizations needing AODA-compliant safety solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across industries
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
- Ensure AODA compliance throughout the sales process
- Provide sales forecasts and industry updates to management
- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of accessibility regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with safety equipment and industry standards
- Willingness to travel within the area
