Sydney Call Centre, a MCI company is looking for Saskatchewan work at home customer service, help desk, technical support, and sales representatives to support remote work demand.

In these roles, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, or troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers in adding or removing products and services.

There are full-time positions available for almost any schedule, day, night, seven days a week.

The positions offers a competitive base pay, schedule, level, plus benefits for full-time, paid vacation, and variable bonus and contest incentives.

WHAT DOES A CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE DO?
Call Centre Representatives are responsible for the following tasks:
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Must be 18 years of age or older
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of Windows operating system
Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)

This job operates in a professional office environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
