Working under the guidance of the Front of House Management Team, Servers play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. They possess in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations and assistance to create a positive atmosphere for customers. Servers also uphold cleanliness standards and monitor food quality to meet the restaurant's presentation expectations. Their proficiency and attention to detail contribute to delivering utmost satisfaction to our patrons.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Foster a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service following established procedures Demonstrate expertise on menu items to provide recommendations to customers Ensure precision when inputting orders into the POS system Oversee food quality and adhere to presentation guidelines Maintain cleanliness in their designated area, keeping materials organized and clutter-free Adhere to food safety protocols and procedures Accommodate special requests, including addressing guest allergies Efficiently and safely complete opening, closing, and side tasks Perform any other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in serving within a similar setting Mandatory possession of Smart Serve Certification Strong attention to detail Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational and sales skills Proficiency in multitasking Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Comprehensive product knowledge Capability to maintain professionalism and efficiency Full-time availability
