Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Server to join our team at Biff's Bistro. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining a clean and organized section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations.
  • Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system and complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely.
  • Section Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety standards and systems.
  • Special Requests: Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies.

Qualifications:

  • Serving Experience: Serving experience in a similar environment.
  • Certification: Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and sales ability.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: High level of product knowledge.
  • Availability: Full Availability.
