Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Biff's Bistro. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring that all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies, and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • Serving experience in a similar environment.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and sales ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
  • Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
