At Open Door Group we aim to support lifelong learning and career success for the people we serve, as well as our employees.

We pride ourselves on modeling a culture of authenticity, transparency and inclusion.

Our values are based on the genuine belief that all individuals can succeed and are the drivers of their own success.

From BC WiN to CAN WiN

This expansion builds on the success of BC Partners in Workforce Innovation (BC WiN), an eight year initiative originating in British Columbia, to support inclusive hiring in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.

BC WiN is an innovative recruitment approach that helps BC employers meet workforce needs and connects people with disabilities/diverse abilities to careers with respectful, inclusive employers.

Much like a recruitment agency, this is a demand-based model that starts with the employer who has a career opening and Inclusive Workforce Specialists recruit on the employer's behalf from a unique talent pool, providing job matching services, training and ongoing support to set everyone up for success.

With this national expansion comes a name change to
Canadian Partners in Workforce Innovation (CAN WiN).

Under the general direction of the Director of Employment and Disability Services, Inclusive Workforce Specialists will increase Employer Partner and Service Partner networks to help employers in five Canadian provinces (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario) increase workforce inclusion of people with disabilities.

This position also facilitates ongoing support to ensure effective onboarding and retention. Building strong, trusted relationships with employers is essential to ongoing success.

Are you an experienced HR professional, with 3 plus years of years of recruitment, combined with DEI experience? Are you prepared to use your experience, contributions and voice to make a positive difference for others? Are you passionate about connecting people with diverse abilities to well-paying, long-term careers with inclusion focused employers? If this is you, we want to hear from you
