Our client in the Real Estate Legal sector is seeking Bilingual (FRENCH) Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The position is fully remote, with the chance to switch to a hybrid work model later on. The office is based in Mississauga.

  • Standard work hours: Between 8AM-8PM, working 8-hour shifts within this timeframe. Temp to perm job opportunity. Potential for career growth within the company.
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Primary Duties:

  • Interact with both internal and external stakeholders via different communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, overseeing title insurance orders, and promptly resolving client issues.
  • Assess client needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle client complaints, suggest appropriate solutions within set deadlines, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
  • Display the ability to manage difficult clients, defuse tense situations, and tactfully resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in French and English.
  • Strong telephone communication and active listening abilities.
  • Highly professional attitude with a customer service focus.
  • Proficient analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and time management skills, including meticulous attention to detail, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in real estate, preferably in a law firm or title insurance environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate practices.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative approach to working under pressure with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, and readiness to work overtime as needed.
