How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Welcomes customers, takes orders, prepares and serves hot and cold beverages like coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blends, etc. while taking into account customer preferences.
  • Maintains positive customer relationships and ensures prompt delivery of all drinks and food items.
  • Organizes supplies and cups to create appealing coffee bar displays.
  • Keeps the bar area clean and orderly.
  • Regularly cleans coffee machines, dining areas, restrooms, and preparation areas.
  • Handles sales transactions, operates a cash register, and follows cash-handling procedures.
  • May also handle food sales.
  • Attends designated training programs both in-person and online.
  • Participates in safety meetings, training sessions, and hazard assessments.
  • Reports accidents and injuries promptly.
  • May have other assigned duties.
  • Must be available for varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
