- You will have your own customer portfolio
- Direct responsibility for sales and revenue growth
As part of your role, you will act as an advisor to customers and prospects, positioning Adecco as a specialized workforce expert and increasing brand awareness in various industry sectors.
You will identify and close new sales opportunities by leveraging your knowledge of market geography, economic conditions, top companies, and competitors in the temporary staffing sector.

What You'll Be DoingAs a Brand Ambassador, you will engage in strategic sales activities that enhance Adecco's reputation as a leading workforce solutions partner.
In addition, you will develop a plan to expand and retain existing accounts and newly acquired clients, while fostering credibility and reliability among clients, candidates, and colleagues by effectively communicating our value proposition and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to strengthen Adecco's reputation
- Grow and retain client accounts
About You
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably in the service industry
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
Furthermore, you should be a team player, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral), and be adaptable to changing business needs, including travel within the designated region.
