Job Title:
Client Partner / Account Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner/Account Manager to join our e-commerce agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and team dynamics effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client goals and objectives to provide strategic guidance and solutions.

Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver comprehensive e-commerce solutions.
Provide clear and concise communication to the team regarding client requirements and expectations.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Client Success:
Develop and implement strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
Analyze campaign and project performance data to provide actionable insights.
Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:


2-3 years of experience as a Client Partner, Account Manager, or similar role in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.

Proven experience working in an agency environment is a must.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, strategies, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
