The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Own recruitment operations Firmwide across Canada and actively support a high-performing, award-winning Talent Attraction team of over 20 professionals
  • An interest in experimenting, innovating and continually trying new approaches, tools and systems to ensure we are market leaders that push the boundaries on traditional recruitment. What can we try that hasn't been done? What has no one thought of?

Talent Attraction system administration:

  • Follow all ATS system upgrades and assess against current system configuration and flag areas that may affect current performance
  • Perform ATS compliance audits and ensure that the system is used consistently Firmwide. Identify gaps and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Act as administrator for other Talent Attraction technologies such as HireVue, eSkills, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, SurveyMonkey etc.
  • Regularly review, recommend and implement improvements to our assessment and screening tools and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization throughout the entire recruiting cycle

Reporting:

  • Compile, track & report on KPIs and associated analytics for career sites, job boards, recruitment advertising, employer branding campaigns etc.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of automated and custom reports from the ATS as well as any associated tracking tools
  • Create meaningful metrics to measure improvements in the experience, success, and impact related to all things Talent Attraction

Employer Branding

  • Own the content management for existing recruitment and employer brand platforms, including student and experienced hire career websites
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for career site changes, updates, site maintenance etc.

Vendor Management

  • Manage external vendor relations for job boards, microsites, ATS support, and all relevant Talent Attraction technology

Training

  • Create and maintain relevant recruiter system & workflow training materials
  • Own the creation, management and execution of training firmwide for the People & Culture team and recruiters for all Talent Attraction systems and processes

  • 7+ years of recruitment operations or related experience
  • You hold an undergraduate degree
  • You possess advanced administrator experience with Taleo (preferably Business Edition) and intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel skills

  • You demonstrate a genuine interest in fostering a highperforming and collaborative culture
  • You have the ability to build and deepen meaningful business relationships
