The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Coordinator to join the undergraduate campus recruitment team in GTA. In this role, you will assist in executing strategic activities, managing day-to-day recruitment tasks for key schools in the GTA area, and collaborate with various teams.
What you will do
- Support GTA Campus Recruiters in managing job requisitions and candidate workflows in our Applicant Tracking System
- Liaise with on-campus career centers, external organizations, and coordinate logistics for recruitment events
- Assist in strategic recruitment initiatives from a research and coordination standpoint
- Handle invoices related to recruitment activities and budget management
- Coordinate the New Hire process for incoming CPA Campus hires and facilitate Onboarding for new hires at the start of each work term
What you bring to the role
- 1-2 years' experience as a coordinator in Human Resources, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Proven track record in coordinating events and candidate interviews for large numbers
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
- Willingness to engage with students at campus events and represent KPMG as the employer of choice
