With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our
Civic Motors Honda location is looking for an
Appointment Coordinator to join the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties such as appointment management/booking, answering and coordinating inbound/outbound phone calls, etc.
  • Help communicate technical problems to customers and assist in advising customers around suggested and ongoing maintenance needs.
  • Work with KPI's to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity in order to align with the company's brand and image.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customercentric mindset.
  • Deep passion and interest in high care, relationship centered customer experiences.
  • Experience in a dealership environment and experience using customer relationship management software is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing methods is considered an asset.
  • Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Desire and excitement to work in a teambased environment and work collaboratively towards common goals.
