- RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Relevant du Coordonnateur Services administratifs et Services aux étudiants, le (la) titulaire est responsable du développement, de la planification, de l'organisation, de l'implantation et de l'évaluation de l'ensemble des activités relatives à l'expérience étudiante dans le secteur des sports.
- Le(la) titulaire devra s'acquitter des responsabilités suivantes:
- S'assurer, dans chacune des activités sous sa responsabilité, que l'expérience étudiante est au cœur des priorités et que ces activités sont alignées avec la mission, les valeurs et la vision du Collège ;
- Participer à la préparation, à la gestion et au suivi du budget du secteur des sports;
- Planifier, organiser et coordonner l'ensemble des activités relatives aux sports notamment : l'offre des sports et des activités au Collège, le recrutement des entraîneurs et personnel des plateaux, l'élaboration et l'organisation des calendriers et des horaires d'activités, compétitions et activités sportives ;
- Assister à différents évènements sportifs de son secteur d'activités. Supporter l'organisation et s'assurer du bon déroulement de ces activités ;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource, de support et de facilitateur auprès de nos entraîneurs afin que ces derniers puissent faire vivre la meilleure expérience étudiante à nos étudiants-athlètes ;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource du secteur pour le bon respect de l'image du Collège, notamment en ce qui a trait aux uniformes, matériel sportif, etc. ;
- Offrir, supporter et encadrer les activités sportives récréatives intra-murales;
- Recruter et maintenir l'engagement des étudiantes et des étudiants en tant que joueurs d'équipes ;
- Conseiller, suggérer et participer à l'achat d'équipement et de matériel spécialisé ;
- Étudier, suggérer, conseiller et aider les étudiants dans l'organisation d'activités sportives parascolaires ;
- Coordonner le volet des activités de vie communautaire, soutien aux étudiantes et étudiants pour le développement et la réalisation de programmes d'activités ayant trait à la dimension communautaire de la vie étudiante ;
- En collaboration avec le ou la responsable des communications du Collège, peut être appelé à développer, organiser et effectuer des communications diverses pour son secteur d'activités sur nos différentes plateformes ;
- Lorsque requis et nécessaire, représenter le Collège lors des rencontres reliées à la vie étudiante, aux niveaux régional, provincial et national ;
- Peut être appelé à coordonner le travail du personnel de soutien de son secteur ;
- Participer à l'organisation et à la tenue d'activités spéciales du Collège (Championnats locaux, régionaux, nationaux, Open house, graduation, banquets, etc.) ;
- Planifier, organiser et coordonner l'ensemble des activités reliées au « Fitness Center »: l'organisation des calendriers et des horaires des activités, le recrutement des superviseurs, le contrôle de l'accès, la bonne utilisation des équipements;
- Lorsque requis, peut être appelé à participer à différents comités du Collège ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes lorsque requis.

SCOLARITÉ
- Doit posséder un diplôme universitaire terminal de premier cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié, notamment dans les domaines suivants : l'éducation physique, la récréologie, la kinésiologie ou l'animation et les recherches culturelles.
