Toronto, ON - Hybrid **_(Opportunity to work in-office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. This is _not a remote role_.)_

EF Educational Tours helps teachers change their students' lives through educational travel. And frankly, EF does student travel better than anyone else. EF itineraries are more than just places to go and things to see.

About the Role:


As an Office Services Coordinator for EF Educational Tours Canada, you will work directly with our Shared Services team to provide a positive experience to employees in our Toronto office.

You will be responsible for print production and order fulfillment, as well as providing shipping support for various projects throughout the year.


  • Friendly and approachable, with a customerservice oriented mindset
  • Trustworthy and capable of working independently with little supervision
  • Has good attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough approach to task
  • A problem solver who is able to adapt to changing needs and is able to think laterally to come up with creative solutions
  • Techsavvy and proficient in learning new systems, as well as be able to troubleshoot effectively when challenges arise

In this role you will

  • Package orders & shipments and arrange courier services for various departments & projects
  • Ensure Print and shipping equipment is maintained and properly inventoried
  • Complete regular checks of shared technology to ensure that technology is functional and easy to use
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Awareness of general health and safety issues at work
  • Ability to move quickly and confidently and embrace ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working experience in office reception, administration or customer service field will be an advantage
