Office Manager/bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Assist in the training and development of new employees
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in payroll processing and budgeting
- Excellent file management skills, both physical and digital
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Clerical experience is a must
- Experience in training development is a plus
Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46 per week
