River Rock Casino Resort is currently looking for a Team Lead in the Food & Beverage Department to work in Starbucks Outlet.
Under the supervision of the Manager, F & B Outlet or the Shift Manager F&B Outlet this position is responsible for coordinating day- to-day activities of Food and Beverage Operation(s) on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities for our next F&B Lead will include:
- Monitors outlet(s) operations on a shift basis and reports issues to F&B management
- Performs a server, bartender or host/hostess role in a lead capacity
- Completes shift reports at the end of each shift
- Assists with month end inventories
- Works on special initiatives as delegated by F & B management
- Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and employees)
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
- Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience with Supervisory experience being an asset
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Experience in POS system
- 1 year Starbucks Supervisory experience is required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Serving It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right Certification
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
- A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
- Willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
- Passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence

- Minimum 6 months experience with GCE
As we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including graveyards, weekends and holidays, up to 40 hours a week.
