We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busperson to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Curve area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables and counters in a timely and efficient manner
  • Remove used dishes, glasses, cutlery, and linen, and dispose of them according to our operational guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our F&B areas, including floors, walls, and windows
  • Minimize breakage by properly filling bus pans
  • Assist with restocking and maintaining a clean and tidy stock area
  • Run food and provide guests with additional items as required
  • Clean spills as they occur
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with our operational departments
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Serving It Right certificate required
  • Minimum 6 months employment with GCE
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments
  • Commitment to continually increase knowledge of our products and services
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
