Adecco is currently looking for a Turnover Coordinator to help make the shift of project deliverables from construction to operations smooth. As a Turnover Coordinator, your main tasks include managing hard copy and electronic turnover processes, providing training to contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting with technical interfaces. This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful completion of significant energy projects.

  • Location: Fort Hills, AB (Fly-in-Fly-Out from Calgary or Edmonton)
  • This is a camp-based position
  • Shifts: Eight days on/six days off rotation (11.5hr, day shift)
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time hours

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hard copy and electronic turnover processes
  • Provide database training to contractors
  • Audit contractors for compliance
  • Review turnover documentation and indexes
  • Ensure timely completion of construction work fronts by contractors
  • Generate system reports on turnover progress
  • Support Final Walkdowns (FWDs), manage Punch list creation, and verify completion of punch items as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments for technical interface and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Calgary or Edmonton, or nearby areas
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of turnover experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and turnover database software such as SmartCompletions
  • Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
  • Alignment with company values
