Adecco is looking for a Turnover Coordinator to help smoothly shift project deliverables from construction to operations. As a Turnover Coordinator, your main tasks will include managing hard copy and electronic turnover processes, training contractors, auditing industry standards compliance, and supporting technical interfaces. This role gives you the chance to play a key role in the success of major energy projects.
Location:
Fort Hills, AB (Fly-in-Fly-Out from Calgary or Edmonton)
Role Type:
Camp-based position with shifts of eight days on and six off in a day shift of 11.5 hours.
Contract Duration:
6-month contract with full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hard copy and electronic turnover processes
- Train contractors on database usage
- Audit contractors for compliance
- Drive contractor progress towards completing construction work fronts
- Support Final Walkdowns (FWDs) of systems and Punch list creation
- Collaborate with various groups for technical interfaces and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency
- Experience with turnover database software
- Must hold an Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
