~ Data Reporting:
~Provides data and analysis support within the HRIS team. Identifies key business questions and data needs
~Develops customized reports and statistical analyses of workforce data.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Web Design, or equivalent experience.
~HTML and web design skills
~Oracle Fusion HCM, Reporting solutions and other HRIS systems.
~ Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including advanced Excel Skills.
~ Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
~ Solid decision-making skills; Experience working with projects is an asset.
~Ability to work at a desk, on a computer all day.
