Job Summary

G.A.S. Global is seeking a highly motivated Seed Quality Analyst to join our breeding organization. As a Seed Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our seed products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in receiving, sorting, cleaning, and scanning seed samples to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Pack or load seed samples for quality analysis, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain seed inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with ability to concentrate for sustained periods.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work on own initiative.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to learn new procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Degree.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM for workday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for weekend.

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $8.00 to $21.00 per hour based on qualifications.
