What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to build new relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage accounts and upsell the product by educating and briefing clients about the product.
  • Ensure clients(vendors and contractors) maintain compliance to be eligible for quotes.
  • Verifying insurance and worker compensation along with other compliance requirements for vendors.
  • Understand the limitations and clauses within client compliance requirements and communicate effectively with vendors.
Because we're small, we're looking for independent thinkers and people who like to tackle ever-evolving problems.

  • Must be a student enrolled in a postsecondary institution program during the work term.
  • Available to work fulltime hours for either a 4, 8, or 12 month term.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • You take initiative and own the projects delegated to you.
  • You are sales driven and want a career in sales.
  • Performance driven and highly motivated to succeed in meeting targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence to work autonomously.
  • Team oriented and invested the success of the team and company.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
