Holman has an outstanding opportunity for an
Employee Engagement Coordinator based in our Mississauga, ON Location.
What will you do?
- Connect employees with the company culture and business strategy
- Organize and execute companywide initiatives and communication plans
- Execute recognition programs, campaigns and initiatives to improve the employee experience and drive employee engagement
- Act as point of contact for local employees and leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve the employee experience
- Champion the employee voice through strong relationships with all local team members and more formal mechanisms of feedback
- Connect likeminded employees to establish a sense of community
- Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in programs and process improvement
- Connect the business and its leaders through sharing of culture and people experience best practices observed and supported in other areas
- Support regional leadership in the development of communication strategies to connect with our people and reinforce our culture
- Provide support and consultation on employee run events
- Act as a champion of Holman culture through Holman's various programs and initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years relevant experience in Human Resources or employee engagement field
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the organization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
