Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck tires and wheels
  • Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including GHS, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
  • Reset and Repair tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
  • Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
  • Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road

Working conditions:

  • A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
  • Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 30KG is required
  • This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
  • This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling

Qualifications:

  • Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a good attitude
  • A valid driver's license is required. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
