**Fountain Tire Sidney, **an established local business, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as a
** General Labourer.**
**Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck tires and wheels
- Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including GHS, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
- Reset and Repair tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
- Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road
**Working conditions**:
- A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
- Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 30KG is required
- This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
- This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling
**Qualifications**:
- Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a good attitude
- A valid driver's license is required. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- A team player who takes pride in their work
