Enkel wants a Customer Service Lead like YOU, to join our growing Vancouver team _Who Are You?**As Enkel's Customer Service Lead, you will own the customer service and experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and support with a company's products or services. The primary goal of a client support Lead is to ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes and receive value from the products or services they have purchased.

A Day in the Life

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate with internal teams, to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries or problems.
  • Solving customer challenges and problems in a timely manner
  • Removing client blocker to ensure that the delivery is done in a timely manner and ensures client satisfaction
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate client support and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and present findings to clients, highlighting achievements, areas of concern, and proposed actions.


Overall, a client support Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the long-term support and satisfaction of clients, driving retention, and fostering growth within the customer base.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative or Administrative Assistant in a servicedriven work environment.
  • A basic understanding of any accounting processes and cloudbased accounting tools is a unique skill you picked up along the way.
  • Proven experience managing customer inquiries and issues, ideally using a ticket management system, such as Karbon, Zendesk, or Zoho.
  • Technically versed in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack with a passion for technology and learning new systems.
