As a result of continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated People & Training Specialist to join our growing team.

As the People & Training Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates. You will play a crucial role in supporting all client Training and development programs including client and team recruitment, Leadership and Speaker Forums, strategic and annual planning and other client training programs, facilitating productive discussions, and developing comprehensive plans aligning with organizational goals.

Also, you'll assist with new program development and resource identification with related administrative duties including report and proposal writing. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals that address our client's unique needs.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with Full cycle recruitment and candidate assessments and management using our ATS systems and internal processes
  • Organization of Leadership Forums and Member content
  • Research and selection of Resource providers & Speakers.
  • Coordinating Client Training events and pre and post client follow-up/ coordination
  • Development of Training Materials for Strategic and Annual Planning sessions
  • Program facilitation and coaching leadership where applicable.
  • Product/Service research and vendor communication as needed.
  • Collaboration with Peeple Team on new initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, Coaching and/or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years HR/training and development, Coaching or related experience.
  • Experience in a consulting agency or recruitment firm is an advantage.
  • Experience in a client/customer-facing role and/or assisting a senior executive.
  • Excellent time-management skills with superior ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong client relationship skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs
