Position Summary
River Rock is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support while maintaining complete confidentiality, diplomacy and tact at all times.
If you are seeking a fun and challenging role with a fast-paced HR team, we have an exciting opportunity for you as our Human Resources Administrator.

- HRIS data entry and maintaining site files for all hourly and salaried Team Members
- Managing general Payroll administration within established payroll period close deadlines
- Providing administrative support by maintaining and updating procedures, assisting with benefits administration, responding to employment verifications and any general enquiries
- Maintaining bulletin boards and HR forms
- Assisting with recruitment or onboarding tasks as necessary to ensure a smooth process for new hires
- Coordinating interoffice mail and site lockers
- Creating and developing internal and external correspondence as needed
- Assisting with various engagement activities, events or projects
- Advising Team Members and management on HR/OPS support functions
- Assisting with HR projects as assigned
- Coordinating and administrating various compliance training
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, management, vendors and team members
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- Postsecondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proficient of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and serviceoriented communication
- Extremely detailed oriented; able to work in a fastpaced environment; able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
- A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
- A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
