Position Summary

River Rock is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support while maintaining complete confidentiality, diplomacy and tact at all times.

Key Accountabilities

  • HRIS data entry and maintaining site files for all hourly and salaried Team Members
  • Managing general Payroll administration within established payroll period close deadlines
  • Providing administrative support by maintaining and updating procedures, assisting with benefits administration, responding to employment verifications and any general enquiries
  • Maintaining bulletin boards and HR forms
  • Assisting with recruitment or onboarding tasks as necessary to ensure a smooth process for new hires
  • Coordinating interoffice mail and site lockers
  • Creating and developing internal and external correspondence as needed
  • Assisting with various engagement activities, events or projects
  • Advising Team Members and management on HR/OPS support functions
  • Assisting with HR projects as assigned
  • Coordinating and administrating various compliance training
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, management, vendors and team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
  • Postsecondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and serviceoriented communication
  • Extremely detailed oriented; able to work in a fastpaced environment; able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
  • A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
