Position Overview:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifying New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and market trends.
  • Utilize a "hunter" mentality to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Building New Relationships:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the construction and architectural industries.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers, associations, and partners to expand the company's network.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Developing Business Strategies:

  • Create and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align business strategies with overall company objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the exterior cladding market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research findings.

Collaborating with Internal and External Teams:

  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to business development.
  • Work closely with external partners, architects, contractors, and distributors to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
