Job Summary:

The

Bilingual

Corporate Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business units and industry verticals in the

AEC industry. This opportunity is a

In this role, you will:

  • Work with hiring managers and leadership on staffing planning
  • Draft and post role descriptions
  • Manage applicant flow in our applicant tracking system
  • Research strategic sourcing techniques for harder to fill roles
  • Work with hiring managers through the interview process offering coaching on interview techniques when needed
  • Attend recruiting events including job fairs and college recruiting
  • Work on open roles throughout North America with an opportunity to expand globally as we grow

You will be a great fit if:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Bilingual in French and English is REQUIRED
  • You have 5+ years working in Talent Acquisition (ideally both 3rd party and corporate TA)
  • You have experience working in the AEC industry (specifically MEP) is strongly preferred
  • You have expertise working with applicant tracking systems, strategic sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards
  • You have experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and practices
  • You have experience with behavioral assessments and situational interview techniques
  • You have experience participating in college and professional recruitment events
  • You have knowledge of EEO and OFCCP practices and procedures, understanding of relevant Federal and State laws
